How to Change Your Payment Plan Frequency (Monthly or Yearly)

If you want to change the payment frequency for your account, here is how to do it:

• In your admin dashboard, to go "Account".
• Select "Change Plan".
• At the top, select if you want to pay yearly or monthly.
• Click on "This is your current plan".
• Click on "Yes, I'm sure" when you're ready.

If you are going from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, your credit card will be charged for the year. If you are downgrading from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, our software tracks how much you have already paid and will keep a balance for you. You don't have to pay a monthly invoice until that balance runs out.
