My Payment Failed, What Should I Do?
First, I just want to reassure you that your website won't go offline right away. We offer a 7-day grace period, meaning you have a full week to get your payment working. We also get notified if a payment doesn't go through, so we can keep track of your account and give you a longer grace period if required.
Depending on the reason why your payment didn't go through, one thing you can try is to log in your website and go to "Account". You can cancel your subscription from there and re-initiate it if you need to.
It that still fails, please send us an email at email@example.com and we'll do everything possible to get you going again.
