How to Manage Series

1. How to Add a Series

  • In your admin dashboard, go to "Series".
  • Click the "Add New" button at the top.
  • Fill out the following fields:
    • Series Title
    • Description (optional)
    • Books connected to that series (Note that you don't need to keep coming here to add books, you can connect your books to series on the book editing page!)
  • Don't forget to hit "Publish" when you're done.

If you're editing the description, you won't see the fields mentioned above.  Click on the "Setting Wheel Icon" > "Documents" to find the fields again.

2. How to Edit a Series

  • In the admin dashboard, click on "Series" > "All Series".
  • In the list of series that shows up, select the series you want to edit.
  • Hover over the series' name and click on "Edit". You can also click on the name itself and it will take you to the editing page.
  • Don't forget to click on the "Document" tab in the sidebar to see all the series options.
  • Make sure to hit "Publish" when you're done with your changes.

3. How to Delete a Series

  • In the admin dashboard, click on "Series" > "All Series".
  • If you only want to delete one series, you can hover over it and you will see the "Trash" link appear. Click on it.
  • If you want to delete multiple series at a time, you can select all the series you want to delete and under the "Bulk Action" dropdown, select "Move to Trash".
  • If you accidentally delete a series and want to restore it, you will find the "Trash" tab at the top of the page. Click on it and you will see all the series that have been moved to trash. Select the series you want and click on "Restore".
